Operator
Job Description
The Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring intake and vat machinery to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality production. This role involves manual machine setup with hand tools, performing basic mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, conducting quality checks, and maintaining a clean and sanitary work area throughout each shift.

Work Environment
This role is based in a cooler production environment, with temperatures around 30 degrees in the winter and approximately 60 degrees in the summer. You will work around industrial machinery and are required to follow strict hygiene and safety standards, including wearing a hair net, lab coat, and beard net as needed. The position involves standing for extended periods, working near moving equipment, and adhering to sanitation procedures during product changeovers and at the end of each shift.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $21.94 - $23.78/hr.
