As a Chick-fil-A Team Member you play a crucial role in the effectiveness of our team and the success of our restaurant. In selecting Chick-fil-A Team Members, we are looking for hard working individuals who will share our passion for giving our guests remarkable service and hospitality. An individual in this role will be positioned in the Drive-Thru and/or Front Counter and will be in direct contact with our guests throughout their shift.

Expectations of all Team Members:

• Be on time to work your scheduled shift
• Arrive for your shift in full uniform: shirt, pants, belt, non-slip shoes, and nametag

• When things slow down, learn to see what needs to be done to gear up for the next rush.
• Be willing to learn and serve in any position
• Always strive for excellence and continuously strive for improvement

Responsibilities of a Front-of-House Team Member in this Role:

• Caring for our guests is our first priority.
• Understand and Utilize the Care 4 at all times:
• Create Eye Contact with the Guest
• Share a Smile with the Guest
• Speak with a Friendly Tone to the Guest
• Use the Guest’s Name
• Ensure that our guests are always the number one priority
• Be willing to stay on a position for the duration of the shift
• Maintain a clean and organized environment
• Work in a team-based setting to provide the best experience for our guests

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years of age or older
• Must have at least 6 hours of availability on Saturday.
• Pay rate dependent upon experience, qualifications and availability
