This role focuses on assembling mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical components in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You use hand, power, and hydraulic tools to build and install parts according to work instructions, blueprints, or manuals. Success in this position requires accurate measurement skills, the ability to follow detailed instructions, and the flexibility to train and work in multiple areas on the production line.

Work EnvironmentYou work in a large manufacturing facility that can be dark, musky, and dirty in some areas, with concrete floors throughout. The role requires standing for at least 75% of your shift while performing assembly tasks. Metatarsal steel-toe footwear is required, and safety glasses and hearing protection are mandatory and provided. All tools and necessary equipment are supplied on-site. Typical attire includes jeans with a t-shirt or sweatshirt; shorts and sweatpants are not allowed. Shifts run 10 hours per day, Monday through Thursday, with first shift from 5:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. and second shift from 3:30 p.m. to 2:00 a.m., and overtime is commonly available on Fridays.
