Job Description

Salary: $68,000 - 108,000 per year Requirements:

• 10 years of experience in telecommunications and networking
• Proficient in technologies such as PSTN, VoIP, call centers, IVR, UCaaS, CCaaS, SIP, SBCs, QoS, and cloud solutions
• Hands-on experience with Cisco Call Manager and Microsoft Teams Phone
• Familiarity with Five9 or similar CCaaS products is preferred
• Experience within federal, state, or local government settings is also preferred

• Engineer and analyze telecommunications functions, including implementation and operational support
• Configure, test, deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot cloud and on-premise telecom services
• Monitor system performance and call quality, leading resolution efforts for any identified issues
• Integrate third-party applications with Teams Phone, Five9, and other voice services
• Evaluate impacts and risks of scheduled and unforeseen service updates and alerts
• Act as a technical subject matter expert for major projects
• Provide Tier 3 support for complex incidents affecting service
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., security, network, AD) and managed services for implementation and troubleshooting
• Recommend, assess, develop, and advocate for new products to improve service offerings
• Lead the implementation of modifications to existing solutions
• Review and approve technical changes through the formal change management process
• Contribute to the formulation of long-term strategy
