Job Summary:
We are seeking a Activation Specialist for a New Pilot Program: Morning Activities for Families at Hawk's Nest Cabin on Sundays, Wednesday, and Fridays 7:00am-1:30pm. This program will run from February 15th through March 29th. These activations include Yoga, Guided Art, and Sushi Rolling, all lead by Instructors. Your role will be to open and setup Hawk's Nest Cabin, support the Instructors, and maintain the facility throughout the morning.

Job Specifications:
  • Starting Wage: $20.00/hr - $23.00/hr  
  • Employment Type: Winter Seasonal 2025/2026  
  • Shift Type: Part Time hours available 
  • Minimum Age: At least 18 years of age  
  • Housing Availability: No 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support day of event logistics.
  • Provide Safety and Operations plans for all events
  • Morning Yoga led by an instructor from Vendor (Needs: Opening Hawk's Nest, Prepping Mats, Facilitating Guest
  • Experience, can participate in Yoga)
  • Culinary Experience hosted by Local Chefs (Needs: Guest Check in, Cleaning Facility, Assisting Chefs in Setup
  • Family Art hosted by Vendor (Needs: Facility Setup, Handling guest entry and admission, Creating Friendly Environment during Art sessions)

Other Responsibilities:

  • Assisting in moving small furniture (tables, chairs, etc...)
  • Facilitate guest survey collection
  • Keeping Hawk's Nest Cabin neat and tidy (strong organizational skills)
  • Serve light refreshments and snacks to guests

Job Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Must be able to effectively present detailed information both verbally and in written form to guests and employees.
  • Able to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Experience in guest service.

The expected pay range is $20.00/hr - $23.00/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
