Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Greenhouse Implementation Consultant (1099 Contractor) to lead the implementation of Greenhouse across our global Talent Acquisition organization. You will serve as the technical implementation lead, partnering closely with various teams to successfully deliver Greenhouse while ensuring hiring continues without interruption. This is a high-ownership, hands-on implementation role requiring deep Greenhouse expertise, strong technical knowledge, and exceptional project management skills. You will own the technical execution of the implementation, including:

• System configuration
• Data migration
• Integrations
• Testing
• Go-live readiness
• Hypercare

The ideal candidate has successfully led many enterprise Greenhouse implementations, proactively identifies risks, makes thoughtful recommendations, and delivers scalable solutions that support long-term business growth.

Engagement Type: 1099 Independent Contractor

Duration: Approximately 22 weeks (approximately 275 hours)

Target Start: July 2026

Target Go-Live: November 3, 2026

Hypercare Through: December 2026

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience implementing HR systems or applicant tracking systems (ATS)
• 5+ years of hands-on Greenhouse administration and implementation experience
• Successfully led a minimum of two enterprise Greenhouse implementations from discovery through go-live
• Experience serving as the technical lead for an enterprise ATS implementation involving multiple cross-functional stakeholders and external implementation partners
• Strong understanding of enterprise recruiting operations and Talent Acquisition workflows
• Experience migrating from Jobvite or another enterprise ATS preferred
• Experience implementing HR technology integrations, including APIs, webhooks, middleware, SSO, and third-party recruiting platforms
• Experience implementing ATS solutions that integrate with enterprise HRIS platforms such as Dayforce
• Experience working with Greenhouse Professional Services and third-party implementation vendors preferred
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams, identify implementation risks, and independently drive project execution
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts effectively across technical and business audiences
• Experience supporting global organizations and multi-region recruiting environments preferred
• Ability to develop comprehensive documentation, governance, and knowledge transfer materials that support long-term system success

Requirements

• Lead the end-to-end implementation of Greenhouse across NinjaOne's global Talent Acquisition organization
• Serve as the primary technical implementation lead, translating business requirements into scalable Greenhouse solutions
• Partner with various teams throughout the implementation
• Proactively identify implementation risks, recommend solutions, and drive successful execution
• Own all Greenhouse configuration outside the scope of Greenhouse Professional Services
• Develop and execute the migration strategy for candidate and requisition data
• Partner with teams to validate legacy recruiting data and support data mapping
• Design, implement, validate, troubleshoot, and optimize integrations
• Lead configuration testing, integration testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and production readiness activities
• Support organizational readiness, communications, training, and user adoption
• Own implementation timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, and project documentation
• Document configuration decisions, governance, and system administration procedures
