Position Overview
We are seeking a highly autonomous, systems-fluent, and code-proficient Senior Fullstack Engineer (React/TypeScript) to join our elite Creators group under a permanent full-time remote or flexible hybrid configuration based out of Czechia. In this high-leverage product development role, you will shift completely away from routine non-regulated administrative data transcription loops, entry-level website layout changes, or standalone marketing copy design; you will run an active high-throughput distributed tool runtime, automated monetization matrix, and agentic coding framework laboratory. Depending on your team alignment, you will either anchor the DX (Developer Experience) squad, transforming template architectures for cloud-native autonomous coding agents, or pilot the Publishers squad, scaling complex analytical ledger systems, review frameworks, and global payment logic. This position requires an engineering authority with 3+ years of professional full-stack implementation history who maps modular applications fluidly natively using React and Node.js primitives, thrives inside rapid two-week sprint cycles deploying code multiple times per day, and actively contributes back to open-source software via GitHub repositories.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Creator Experience Governance: Claim complete technical feature ownership from initial problem discovery and architectural wireframing to writing the client-facing React systems and production backend logic.
- Agentic Tooling & Workflow Instrumentation: Evolve developer templates, CLI modules, and cloud execution environments to natively support autonomous agentic workflows and local code generation tools.
- Ecosystem Monetization & Analytics: Build, scale, and maintain scalable monetization logic, billing models, performance tracking indices, and high-volume review mechanisms inside the Apify Store.
- Full-Stack Tech Stack Execution: Produce clean, performant, and deeply tested application architecture layers leveraging modern frontend nodes and backend frameworks ( TypeScript, Node.js, Nest.js, and React.js ).
- Advanced Quality Assurance Engineering: Champion comprehensive system reliability by implementing strict code review habits and modular automated test coverages utilizing Cypress, Playwright, or Vitest.
- Cloud Infrastructure Collaboration: Partner alongside core DevOps divisions to integrate full-stack code blocks into distributed microservices architectures hosted on AWS (Kubernetes/EKS, Lambda, EC2), Helm, and MongoDB nodes.
- Open-Source Stewardship: Package and publish reusable software libraries, developer kits, and tool components directly to GitHub, actively welcoming community pull requests and collaborations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- A minimum of 3+ years of proven, successful professional history operating inside a Senior Fullstack Engineer, JavaScript/TypeScript Architect, Lead Frontend Developer, Node.js System Specialist, or closely matching technical capacity.
- Expert Full-Stack Ecosystem Command: Thorough production-grade software engineering mastery operating within React.js, Node.js, TypeScript , and modern styling mechanisms (such as styled-components).
- Hands-on operational intimacy leveraging advanced AI development utilities (including Claude premium, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or JetBrains AI assistants) within your daily programming workflow.
- Demonstrated background driving experiment-driven code changes inside highly scalable distributed systems or data-heavy cloud marketplaces.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication strengths in English, with an established history translating technical engine trade-offs clearly to multi-functional product squads.
- Location & Mobility Context: Position operates under flexible remote parameters open exclusively to qualified full-stack authorities residing permanently within Czechia (with willingness to accommodate hub-based traveling requirements: DX requires office visits at least once a month alongside a 1-2 week Prague/Brno onboarding block; Publishers requires a minimum of 2 days/week onsite in Prague).
Preferred Strategic Indicators (Nice to Have)
- Prior platform background building open-source SDKs, data scraping architectures, headless browser frameworks, or cloud automation tools.
- Familiarity with containerization fabrics, Kubernetes cluster configurations, Terraform Infrastructure as Code nodes, or relational/NoSQL document databases (such as Redis, MongoDB, or DynamoDB pipelines).
