We're looking for a seasoned executive recruiter who has operated at the intersection of venture, growth-stage, and enterprise talent — someone who can walk into a conversation with a Series A founder or a Fortune 500 CHRO and immediately earn their trust.

This is a senior, client-facing role with direct exposure to our founding team. You'll own full-cycle searches across Technology, SaaS, Finance, and Startups — from seed-stage to multi-billion-dollar international organisations — while helping to shape how we scale our practice. What you'll do

• Own the client relationship
• Lead weekly strategy sessions with founders, CEOs, and hiring managers.
• Translate complex, often ambiguous business needs into precise candidate profiles and search strategies.
• Be the trusted advisor clients return to, not just a vendor they transact with.
• Drive full-cycle executive search
• From market mapping and sourcing strategy through to assessment design and final-round support.
• Direct a research team to systematically cover the addressable market for every search, calibrating and iterating based on pipeline data — not gut feel.
• Engage and convert top-tier talent
• Craft highly personalised, compelling outreach to passive candidates at the VP, SVP, and C-suite level.
• Evaluate LinkedIn profiles and candidate backgrounds with the critical eye of someone who knows what great looks like and can articulate why — to both clients and candidates.
• Think commercially and strategically
• Proactively identify when a search is stalling and recommend pivots — backed by data.
• Collaborate with partners on pitch decks, job descriptions, and positioning materials that reflect the sophistication of our clients and their mandates.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of executive or senior-level recruiting experience, ideally spanning both agency/search firm and in-house environments
• Deep fluency in the VC and startup ecosystem — you understand cap tables, runway conversations, founder psychology, and what "good" looks like at each funding stage
• Proven track record placing senior leaders across Tech, SaaS, Finance, or adjacent sectors — from seed-stage through to large-cap enterprise
• Exceptional written and verbal communication — you write candidate outreach that gets replies and you present search updates that instil confidence
• First-principles mindset — when a playbook doesn't exist, you build one; when one isn't working, you ditch it
• Executive presence and polish — you can hold your own in a room (or Zoom) with C-suite stakeholders without over-relying on slides or scripts
• Strong data orientation — you use ATS and recruitment analytics to inform decisions, not just to log activity
• Bachelor's degree required; a scrappy, high-agency disposition is non-negotiable regardless of pedigree
