As our company continues to grow, we're looking for an experienced  Residential Service & Sales Plumber who takes pride in delivering outstanding workmanship while building trust with customers.

What You'll Do

• Diagnose and repair residential plumbing issues, including:
  • Water leaks
  • Burst pipes
  • Drain clogs
  • Water heaters
  • Plumbing fixtures
• Perform thorough plumbing inspections and identify repair or replacement opportunities.
• Educate homeowners on the condition of their plumbing systems.
• Present repair and replacement options that best fit the customer's needs using a consultative, customer-first approach.
• Install, repair, and maintain residential plumbing systems, including water, sewer, and gas lines.
• Complete service documentation, invoices, and job notes using company-provided technology.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience from start to finish while maintaining professionalism and integrity.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of residential plumbing service experience
• Experience presenting repair and replacement options to homeowners
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Ability to work independently while maintaining high-quality workmanship
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
• Valid driver's license
