  • In-person role in a calm, outcomes-focused clinic
  • No sales pressure, no high-volume scheduling

About Us

Kairos is an outcomes-focused pain relief and recovery center built to help people feel better in their bodies and lives—not through quick fixes, but through intentional, whole-person care. We address pain, tension, and nervous system overload by combining hands-on therapy with thoughtful, individualized support.

This is not a spa, and it is not a high-volume clinic. Our work is calm, focused, and grounded in helping people experience real, lasting relief.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide therapeutic massage tailored to individual pain patterns and client needs
  • Apply techniques such as deep tissue, therapeutic, sports-informed, and restorative massage
  • Educate clients on body awareness, tension patterns, and self-care strategies
  • Document sessions clearly and consistently using SOAP notes
  • Maintain a calm, professional, and respectful treatment environment
  • Collaborate with the Kairos team to ensure continuity and quality of care

Key Outcomes

  • Client Retention: Build strong therapeutic relationships that lead to consistent return visits
  • Pain & Tension Reduction: Support measurable improvements in discomfort, mobility, and physical ease
  • Clinical Documentation: Maintain accurate and complete SOAP notes with full compliance
  • Client Experience: Deliver high-quality care reflected in strong client feedback

What We’re Looking For

Required:

What Sets You Apart

  • You prioritize quality of care over speed and volume
  • You care deeply about helping people feel better in their bodies
  • You’re comfortable working with both active individuals and those with chronic discomfort
