Schedule: Full-time | 40 hours/week

Quarterly raises
Employee product samples
PTO + medical, dental, vision & life insurance
Work outdoors and in greenhouse environments throughout the growing season
Plant, prune, water, and harvest cannabis
Monitor plant health and assist with crop maintenance
Maintain clean, organized grow areas
Support daily cultivation tasks and seasonal projects
21+ years old
Comfortable working in outdoor elements and varying weather conditions
Able to perform physical work and lift up to 50 lbs
Reliable with weekend availability
No cannabis experience required
