Job Title: Assembler – Cleanroom | $22/hr.

Location: Murrieta, CA

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Pay: $22.00/hour

Position Type: Temp-to-Hire

Job Overview:

We are seeking detail-oriented Assemblers to join a manufacturing team in the medical device industry . This role involves precision assembly and soldering of small electronic components, including PCBs, in a cleanroom environment. You will work under microscopes, follow detailed instructions, and ensure high-quality standards are met. Ideal candidates have experience in assembly, soldering , and working with small parts under magnification.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform detailed assembly of miniature components
• Work under a microscope for precision assembly tasks
• Follow written instructions, blueprints, and procedures
• Solder PCBs and small electronic components
• Use hand tools and precision measuring instruments
• Support prototype builds in a fast-paced R&D environment
• Maintain clean and organized workspaces
• Collaborate with engineers, technicians, and team members

Qualifications:

• Previous assembly or manufacturing experience required
• Experience in a cleanroom environment preferred
• Ability to work with small parts and perform repetitive tasks
• Comfortable working under a microscope for extended periods
• Soldering experience required (IPC certification a plus)
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Good communication skills and team-oriented attitude

Additional Requirements:

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Must pass a background check
