Job Description

The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices. Balancing both human resource and recruiting strategy will be key in this role as our company is in a hyper growth and scale phase. You will have a full and busy workload, so you will need to be able to meet deadlines and remain calm under pressure, be proactive and take initiative, be flexible and adaptable in your approach, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

  • Recruit and Onboard new hires Conduct performance management and provide feedback
  • Manage Payroll and benefits for employees
  • Develop talent acquisition strategies as well as source, recruit, and hire talent
  • Engage in job design, talent mapping, and talent planning
  • Conduct interviews and other pre-screening activities for various departments in the organization, and refers applicants to Managers as appropriate
  • Develop and enforce workplace policies
  • Handle employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, conflicts, and investigations
  • Conduct exit interviews
  • Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
  • Serves as a point of contact to company employees and contractors for problem resolution related to Human Resources policies and processes

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
  • 5+ years' experience in Human Resources
  • Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
  • Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees
  • Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
  • Attention to detail and good judgement

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with international companies and/or entities
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, HR and applicant tracking systems
