Columbus Airport Marriott is looking for an HR Manager to join our team.
The HR Manager is responsible for leading the HR function, overseeing all aspects of human resources including recruitment, associate relations, training and development, performance management, benefits administration, compliance, and organizational development. The role is a key member of the hotel’s Executive Committee and collaborates with department leaders to maintain a positive and productive workplace culture in alignment with the hotel’s service standards and brand values. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, capable of fostering a positive workplace culture and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations. This role offers an exciting opportunity to influence organizational development and employee engagement.
