212° is partnering with a confidential client in the Greater Philadelphia area seeking an experienced HR Manager to support and lead day-to-day human resources operations within a fast-paced, people-focused environment.
This opportunity is ideal for an HR professional who thrives in a hands-on role and enjoys balancing employee relations, coaching, compliance, and operational HR initiatives. The organization is seeking someone who can serve as both a strategic partner and approachable resource for employees and leadership alike.
Serve as a trusted HR resource for employees and leadership across multiple sites
Support employee relations matters with professionalism, discretion, and empathy
Administer employee benefits programs, including enrollments, changes, and leave administration
Manage and support FMLA and benefits-related processes
Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and employment regulations
Assist with employee engagement initiatives and workplace culture efforts
Stay current on changing HR regulations and best practices
Partner with leadership to support organizational goals and people strategies
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
3–5+ years of progressive HR experience
Strong understanding of HR compliance, employee relations, and benefits administration
Experience handling sensitive employee matters with professionalism and discretion
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, people-centered environment
Ability to work collaboratively while also taking ownership of responsibilities
