MINIMUM OF 5 YEARS Healthcare Project Management experience with Software implementation and data conversion projects.
MINIMUM 5 YEARS with Electronic Medical Records
MINIMUM 5 YEARS with ERP systems (Preferably Workday)
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning: Define project scope, milestones, and deliverables in collaboration with clinical leaders and executives.
Compliance & Risk Management: Navigate strict healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA) and proactively mitigate risks to patient safety.
Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the central point of contact between doctors, nurses, IT specialists, vendors, and regulatory bodies.
Resource & Budget Management: Allocate budgets, control costs, and schedule resources without disrupting daily patient care.
Monitoring & Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and report project progress to the Project Management Office (PMO).
Qualifications & Requirements
Education: A Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Public Health, or Nursing preferred.
Certifications: PMP not required but it is preferred.
Experience: Proven experience in managing full-lifecycle projects within a hospital, clinic, or healthcare IT environment.
Core Skills: Deep understanding of medical terminology, strong crisis management capabilities, and exceptional cross-functional communication.
