Job Title: 

Apprentice Fence Builder/ Installer

Pay: $22–$25/hour (Consistent Overtime)

Job Description:

A well-established fence contractor specializing in residential and commercial fencing, gates, and automated gate systems is seeking a Fence Installer / Construction Laborer for the upcoming season. This is a hands-on, outdoor role with the opportunity to continue working in the shop during winter, based on performance.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Foreman with all aspects of fence installation

• Prepare job sites by digging holes, mixing concrete, and

setting materials

• Load and unload tools, materials, and equipment

• Operate hand and power tools, skid steers, air hammers,

and forklifts

• Work outdoors in varying weather conditions

• Follow all safety and environmental guidelines to maintain

a secure job site

Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience in construction, general labor, or outdoor work

• Ability to use hand and power tools (tape measure

preferred)

• Experience operating a forklift and/or skid steer

• Basic computer skills for data entry and reports

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods

This is a Contract position based out of Minneapolis, MN.

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr.
