Missouri Baptist Sullivan Hospital is seeking a Family Medicine Physician with Obstetrics (FMOB or FPOB) to join a collaborative, community-focused team. This role offers the opportunity to provide true full-spectrum care —including prenatal care, deliveries (C-sections), postpartum care, and outpatient medicine—while building lasting relationships with patients across generations.

Compensation & Benefits

• $300,000+ two-year guarantee (experience level considered)
• Launch to wRVU productivity compensation model early, if desired
• Signing bonus for practicing physicians

Ideal Candidate

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
• Fellowship-trained in Family Medicine with Obstretrics strongly preferred
• Completed OB training (FMOB / FM-OB / FP-OB / FM OB / FP OB)
• Passion for rural and community-based medicine and to be part of a growing, dedicated community
• Interest in full-spectrum care, including deliveries (with surgical privledges)
• Team-oriented and patient-focused
