WORX of Wenatchee Valley – Wenatchee Location

WORX is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented team member to help keep our Wenatchee facility clean, welcoming, and looking its best for our members.  This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys staying active, and understands the importance of creating a clean environment for our members.

Position Details:

• Part-Time
• 20–25 hours per week
• Flexible schedule available
• Competitive hourly wage based on experience
• Complimentary gym membership included

Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize fitness equipment throughout the facility
• Vacuum, sweep, mop, and maintain gym flooring
• Dust and wipe down surfaces throughout the gym
• Clean mirrors, windows, and glass surfaces
• Maintain cleanliness of group fitness rooms and common areas
• Empty trash and replace liners as needed
• Monitor and restock cleaning supplies
• Report maintenance or facility concerns to management
• Help ensure the facility maintains the high cleanliness standards WORX members expect

Qualifications:

• Reliable and dependable
• Strong attention to detail
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Ability to stay on task and manage time effectively
• Positive attitude and team-player mindset
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and be on your feet for extended periods
• Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience is helpful but not required
