We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to join our talent pool and provide high-level administrative support to executives and business leaders. This role is ideal for a professional who excels at managing priorities, anticipating needs, and keeping operations running smoothly in fast-paced environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage executive calendars, schedules, and appointments across multiple time zones.
Handle email correspondence, draft professional communications, and manage inboxes efficiently.
Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
Arrange travel plans, accommodations, and detailed itineraries.
Organize files, documents, and reports while maintaining confidentiality.
Assist with project coordination, task tracking, and deadline management.
Support onboarding, internal coordination, and day-to-day administrative operations.
Conduct research and prepare summaries or reports as needed by leadership.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a senior administrative role.
Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
High level of discretion and confidentiality.
Proficiency in office productivity tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft Office) and project management platforms (e.g., Asana, Trello, ClickUp).
Ability to work independently, anticipate needs, and solve problems proactively.
Comfortable working in a remote, fast-paced, and dynamic environment.
Salary Range: $5–7 per hour (depending on experience and role scope)
