Job Description

Salary: $50,000 - 60,000 per year Requirements:

  • We want someone who can learn quickly, absorb information efficiently, and retain it over time.
  • We value a strong drive to keep learning new technologies and sharpening technical skills.
  • We expect consistent punctuality and dependable completion of deadlines, unless communicated otherwise.
  • We need someone who communicates openly with teammates and leaders about issues that arise during development and deployment.
  • Nice to have: familiarity with the software development lifecycle.
  • Nice to have: prior exposure to programming languages, databases, or frameworks.
Responsibilities:
  • We will have you deliver, manage, and support software products from initial concept through deployment.
  • You will estimate the time and effort needed for projects and share those estimates with your project manager.
  • You will use programming knowledge and available tools to analyze and improve basic designs.
  • You will test the software you build before it goes live.
  • You will stay current with emerging technologies relevant to the role.
  • You may take on additional tasks such as peer code reviews and project planning sessions.
  • You will train team members on your product when needed.
