Job Description

Careerscape is supporting a client opening for a Remote Entry-Level Documentation Specialist. This role focuses on creating, organizing, reviewing, and maintaining business documentation to ensure accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Create, review, and maintain business documentation

  • Coordinate documentation updates across departments

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 0–2 years of experience in administration, customer service, data entry, or support roles
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
