We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Sales to lead and expand the sales efforts at Staybridge Suites Independence (Midas Independence, LLC). The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing strategic sales plans, and cultivating strong relationships with clients to ensure continued success and market presence in Independence, MO. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to maximize performance and professional growth.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the local and regional markets.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and partners.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align sales goals with company objectives.
• Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
