Our client is a rapidly growing professional services organization seeking an experienced Director of Performance Marketing to lead its paid acquisition strategy and drive measurable business growth.
This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for managing a multi-million-dollar annual advertising budget , optimizing performance across multiple digital channels, and building a best-in-class paid media team. Working directly with the Chief Growth Officer, you'll shape acquisition strategy, improve marketing performance, and influence company-wide growth initiatives.

• Own the paid media strategy across Meta, Google Ads (including YouTube), LinkedIn, and emerging digital platforms
• Manage and optimize a multi-million-dollar annual advertising budget
• Develop and execute testing strategies across creative, messaging, audiences, and offers
• Evaluate and launch new customer acquisition channels as opportunities emerge
• Drive key performance metrics, including:
• Cost Per Lead (CPL)
• Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)
• Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)
• Qualified consultation volume
• Lead attribution, conversion tracking, analytics, and campaign reporting
• Continuously optimize campaign performance and budget allocation based on data and business results
• Provide strategic recommendations that improve lead quality, conversion rates, and marketing efficiency
• Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing paid media team
• Partner closely with creative, video, and content teams to produce high-performing campaigns
• Present performance insights, trends, and strategic recommendations to executive leadership
• Foster a culture of experimentation, accountability, and continuous improvement
• 5+ years of experience managing large-scale paid media campaigns with multi-million-dollar budgets (or equivalent high-performance experience)
• Expert knowledge of:
• Meta Ads
• Google Ads & YouTube Advertising
• LinkedIn Ads
• Strong understanding of:
• Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)
• Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)
• Customer Lifetime Value (LTV)
• Attribution, conversion tracking, and marketing analytics
• Proven experience leading marketing teams or managing direct reports
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills
• Experience marketing high-ticket products or services in a B2C environment
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven organization
• Spanish language proficiency
• Experience launching and scaling new paid acquisition channels
• Background leading performance marketing for high-growth organizations
