We need a Director of Brand Marketing who can build brands that don’t just get likes—they get customers.
Performance marketing captures demand, but Brand marketing creates it.
As Director of Brand Marketing, you are the guardian of the narrative. You will ensure that our clients aren't just "running ads," but building coherent, culturally relevant brands that people actually want to be part of. You will bridge the gap between "Brand Love" and "Hard Sales," proving that a strong brand identity is the ultimate performance hack. You will ensure that every touchpoint—from the TikTok hook to the email welcome series—tells one powerful, cohesive story.
1. Define the Brand North Star
Develop and refine brand positioning, voice, and visual identity guides for a portfolio of high-growth DTC clients.
Move clients away from generic marketing speak into sharp, differentiated territories that cut through the noise.
Conduct deep market research and competitor analysis to find the "White Space" where our clients can win.
2. Full-Funnel Orchestration
Ensure the "Brand Promise" made in the ad is kept on the landing page and the post-purchase experience. You own the consistency of the customer journey.
Plan and execute major "Brand Moments"—product drops, influencer collaborations, and seasonal campaigns that spike revenue and organic search volume.
Align the Performance Team (Media Buyers) with the Creative Team to ensure we aren't sacrificing brand equity for cheap clicks.
3. Turn "Vibes" into Value
Translate cultural trends into brand strategy. You know when a brand should jump on a meme and when they should stay in their lane.
Oversee organic social strategy, ensuring that our paid media is supported by a thriving community presence.
Mentor a team of Brand Strategists and Social Managers to think commercially, not just creatively.
4. Client Partnership
Serve as the senior strategic voice for the client. You are the person who challenges their assumptions and pushes them to be bolder.
