A dental office manager in Trenton, Ohio oversees daily practice operations, team leadership, billing, and patient care coordination. Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced, motivated Dental Office Manager to lead the daily operations of our private practice in Trenton, OH. You will serve as the liaison between the doctor, staff, and patients to ensure a smooth, profitable, and patient-centered workflow. Key Responsibilities

• Operations: Oversee day-to-day front and back office workflows, manage schedules, and optimize patient flow.
• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and hire administrative staff, run daily huddles, and foster a positive workplace culture.
• Finances & Billing: Manage accounts receivable, insurance claims and verifications, billing collections, and daily deposits.
• Patient Experience: Handle patient inquiries, resolve complaints professionally, and oversee treatment plan presentations.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to OSHA, HIPAA, and dental board guidelines.
Qualifications
• Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of dental practice management or healthcare administration experience.
• Software Skills: Proficiency with dental management software such as Open Dental or Dentrix.
• Communication: Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Education: High school diploma required; college degree or professional certifications are a plus.
