Position Overview

Epic Escapes Adventure Travel is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Travel Planner to join our growing remote team. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy helping others plan unforgettable vacations while providing exceptional service throughout the travel planning process.

As a Customer Service Travel Planner, you will assist clients in researching, planning, and booking travel experiences including cruises, resorts, tours, and adventure vacations. Your focus will be delivering outstanding customer care and ensuring every traveler has a smooth and enjoyable experience from planning to return.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service while assisting clients with travel planning

  • Help clients select and book vacations, cruises, hotels, and travel packages

  • Research destinations and recommend travel options based on client preferences and budget

  • Manage reservations, itineraries, and travel details

  • Respond promptly to client inquiries and provide ongoing travel support

  • Maintain communication with clients before and during their trips

  • Stay updated on travel deals, destinations, and supplier promotions
