Job Description

Careerscape is supporting a client opening for a Remote Entry-Level Customer Experience Associate. This role focuses on delivering a positive customer journey, improving satisfaction, and supporting users across multiple touchpoints.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is people-focused, communicative, and interested in building a career in customer experience or customer success. No prior professional experience is required—training will be provided.

The Customer Experience Associate will work closely with customers and internal teams to ensure a smooth, helpful, and engaging experience.

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers via email, chat, and phone support
