Job Description

Three Brothers Concrete, a trusted Denver-based concrete contractor established in 2003, is seeking a skilled Commercial Concrete Project Manager to join our team. Responsibilities

  • Manage all phases of assigned commercial concrete projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective completion while upholding company quality standards.
  • Promote and enforce site safety and cleanliness, implementing Three Brothers Concrete safety policies and procedures.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, coordinate sequencing of work, and oversee procurement of materials and equipment.
  • Supervise and support concrete crew foremen, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure effective project execution.
  • Prepare and review Requests for Information (RFIs), change orders, and project documentation as needed.
  • Attend pre-construction and construction meetings, maintaining strong relationships with general contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Monitor project budgets, production rates, and job costing, making adjustments as necessary to achieve project goals.
  • Conduct site inspections before project phases, prior to pours, and at milestone completions to ensure quality and compliance.
  • Assist with billing activities, expense forecasting, and project closeout requirements, including warranty documentation.
  • Utilize technology platforms to manage project information, updates, and reporting.
  • May perform additional duties as assigned to support project and company success.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in construction-related field or equivalent technical training and experience required.
  • Minimum 2 years of concrete experience and 5 years of construction experience required.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of commercial concrete construction methods, codes, and standards.
  • Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications; strong skills in quantifying work based on plans and design intent.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Project, PowerPoint).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to supervise, train, and motivate teams.
  • Experience managing project budgets, schedules, and production analysis.
  • Ability to develop and maintain productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Preferred: Bilingual in English and Spanish; willingness to work an average of 10-hour shifts Monday through Friday and Saturdays as needed.

Compensation

$80,000 – $100,000 per year , commensurate with experience. Bonus opportunities available based on company performance.
