A growing organization in the electronics, components, and semiconductor manufacturing industry is seeking a Bilingual Marketing Coordinator in Gardena, CA. This temp-to-hire opportunity is ideal for a Spanish/English marketing professional with strong digital marketing, lead generation, Google Ads, CRM, and marketing analytics experience.
The Bilingual Marketing Coordinator will support business growth by developing data-driven campaigns, improving digital advertising performance, creating engaging content, and using AI-driven marketing tools to streamline workflows. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns that generate qualified leads and support revenue growth.
- Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns, including keyword research, campaign performance tracking, and ROI improvement.
- Create digital content for email marketing, social media, online campaigns, and Spanish-language outreach.
- Analyze marketing data, track KPIs, prepare reports, and recommend strategies to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Support CRM management, lead nurturing efforts, marketing automation, and customer engagement initiatives.
- Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing activity with lead generation goals and target audience needs.
Compensation and Benefits

- Support CRM activity, lead nurturing workflows, and marketing automation processes.
- Create bilingual marketing communications, including Spanish-language outreach and digital content.
- Analyze campaign data, track KPIs, and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
- Bilingual Spanish and English required.
- 3 to 5 years of marketing experience preferred.
- Expert-level experience with Google Ads and digital advertising platforms.
- Strong background in lead generation, marketing analytics, and campaign performance reporting.
- Experience using AI-driven marketing tools, automation platforms, or Agentic AI solutions.
- Ability to create engaging digital content for email campaigns, social media, and online marketing channels.
- Strong communication, organization, collaboration, and project management skills.
- Creative, analytical, results-driven mindset with the ability to support sales and marketing alignment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in electronics, components, semiconductor manufacturing, or a related B2B technical industry.
- Experience with CRM platforms, marketing automation systems, and lead scoring or lead nurturing strategies.
- Familiarity with market research, audience segmentation, and multilingual campaign development.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, technology-focused environment that embraces innovation and continuous improvement.
