BDC Agent Join a Leading Automotive Group The Tom Wood Group, a recognized leader in the automotive industry, is seeking a Business Development Center (BDC) Agent to deliver exceptional customer service and support across our multiple dealership locations, including both mainline and luxury brands. Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle 115+ inbound and outbound calls daily with professionalism and efficiency
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests across multiple dealership locations
  • Schedule service appointments and confirm details accurately
  • Engage customers to promote dealership services and programs
  • Maintain detailed records and update customer information in CRM systems
  • Build product knowledge across the Tom Wood Automotive Group’s diverse lineup
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or call center roles preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to connect with customers over the phone and through electronic communication
  • Comfortable using computer systems, including Microsoft Office applications
  • Calm under pressure with strong multitasking abilities
  • Goal-oriented and motivated by achieving performance targets
  • Professional demeanor and positive attitude
