Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Banking Operations professional for a direct hire opportunity in Charleston, SC. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on wire processing experience, transaction review, and customer support within a banking environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Process, verify, and support incoming and outgoing wire transfers with a high level of accuracy and compliance.
- Review checks, deposits, and banking transactions for accuracy, discrepancies, and potential fraud concerns.
- Support debit card servicing, online banking inquiries, and related deposit operations functions.
- Review operational reports to identify discrepancies, suspicious activity, or items requiring follow-up.
- Provide professional customer and internal support by phone and email.
- Partner with branch, operations, and support teams to ensure timely and accurate resolution of banking service requests.
Compensation and Benefits
- Direct hire opportunity.
- Salary range: $50,000 to $56,000 per year.
- Location: Charleston, SC.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Process and verify incoming and outgoing wire transfers.
- Review deposits, checks, and account transactions for accuracy and fraud prevention.
- Support debit card servicing, online banking inquiries, and internal banking operations requests.
- Monitor operational reports for discrepancies, exceptions, and suspicious activity.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- At least 1 year of deposit operations or related banking operations experience required.
- Hands-on wire processing experience is highly preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow banking procedures accurately.
- Comfortable supporting customers and internal teams by phone and email.
- Professional, friendly, dependable, and service-focused communication style.
- Ability to identify discrepancies, escalate concerns, and support fraud prevention efforts.
- Experience working in a bank, credit union, or financial services operations environment strongly preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Fiserv Premier experience is strongly preferred but not required.
- Direct banking operations experience with wire transfers and deposit operations is highly preferred.
- Experience supporting debit card servicing, online banking, transaction review, or fraud monitoring is a plus.
