Job Title: AI Engineer

Location: Mt. Laurel, NJ(Onsite)



Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced AI Engineer with 10+ years of overall technology experience and strong hands-on expertise in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Prompt Engineering, Agentic AI, RAG, and AI application development .

The ideal candidate will have experience building and deploying production-grade LLM-powered applications, developing multi-agent workflows, integrating AI APIs and vector databases, and optimizing AI solutions for quality, cost, scalability, and latency.

The candidate should also have a solid understanding of networking technologies, including L2/L3 concepts, routing, switching, SD-WAN, and network automation , with the ability to apply AI solutions to networking-related use cases.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy LLM-powered applications using modern Generative AI technologies.
• Develop effective prompt engineering strategies , including few-shot prompting, structured outputs, and advanced prompt optimization techniques.
• Build agentic AI applications using tool/function calling, multi-step workflows, and multi-agent orchestration.
• Develop AI agents using frameworks such as LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI , or comparable technologies.
• Integrate Azure OpenAI, OpenAI APIs, and other LLM services into enterprise applications.
• Design and implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines using embeddings and vector databases.
• Work with vector databases and embedding technologies to enable efficient semantic search and knowledge retrieval.
• Build scalable AI services and APIs using Python, FastAPI, and REST APIs .
• Evaluate and improve prompts, agents, and AI workflows for accuracy, quality, latency, scalability, and cost efficiency .
• Implement AI evaluation strategies and establish appropriate metrics for measuring LLM and agent performance.
• Design and implement multi-agent systems and AI orchestration workflows for complex business use cases.
• Translate business requirements into scalable and production-ready AI solutions.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Generative AI and LLMs .
• Strong Python development experience.
• Hands-on experience with Prompt Engineering .
• Experience building Agentic AI / AI Agents .
• Experience with RAG, embeddings, and vector databases .
• Hands-on experience with LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI , or similar AI agent frameworks.
• Experience with Azure OpenAI and/or OpenAI APIs .
• Experience with FastAPI and REST APIs .
• Strong understanding of AI orchestration and multi-agent systems .
