Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented, experienced Accountant skilled at performing day-to-day accounting activities. In this role you will support the accounting functions for a multi-entity business performing journal entries, reconciliations, generating financial reports and supporting month-end close processes.   

salary: $27 - $37 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM
education: Bachelors

Responsibilities

• Perform full cycle transactional accounting for multiple entities
• Prepare and post recurring monthly journal entries
• Process weekly check runs and vendor payments
• Prepare monthly financial reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, GL detail) 
• Complete month-end general ledger reconciliations
• Record and categorize bank and credit card activity, vendor bills, receipts, and distributions

Skills

• Accounting Coursework
• GAAP
• Reconciliations (2 years of experience is preferred)
• General Ledger (2 years of experience is preferred)
• accounting (2 years of experience is required)
• QuickBooks (2 years of experience is required)
